Hillside Cottages Construction Update

Construction on The Culpeper’s Hillside Cottages will be completed in Spring 2021. Site and utility work is progressing nicely as seen in the photographs below. Currently, 10 of the 12 cottages available in the first phase of the project have been sold. Thirteen additional cottages will be available in the next phase of construction.

Each of the Hillside Cottages will be outfitted with SmartLife, LifeSpire of Virginia’s connected home kits, to include smart doorbells, learning thermostats, outlets and more. Residents will also be able to enjoy the neighborhood’s outdoor living space, The Overlook, which includes a fire pit, gas grills, restrooms, an outdoor kitchen and scenic views of the mountains.

All community members at The Culpeper have access to the state of the art building that houses assisted living, memory support and healthcare neighborhoods.
