Our cottages are designed and built with quality and feature plenty of living space and quiet privacy.

 

Each floor plan provides two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, fireplace, utility room, and carport or garage. Some cottages also include a den, finished basement, separate dining room, and deck for those looking for extra living space.

 

With a cottage home, you enjoy an inviting setting with friendly neighbors and beautiful views of the surrounding area. You have plenty of time to pursue your interests because we take care of all exterior maintenance, community-owned appliance repair, lawn upkeep, and snow removal. The Keswick I

This popular two-bedroom cottage features 1,000 square feet of spacious, easy living.

The Keswick II

The Keswick II floor plan offers the same layout as the Keswick I, with the addition of a finished basement.

The Keswick III

The Keswick III provides residents with 1,133 square feet of fine living area.


The Waverly

The Waverly is a duplex-style cottage and our largest floor plan with 1,366 square feet.
