On-site Continuum of Care

 

To meet changing health needs, residents move between independent living apartments and cottages, assisted living and 24-hour nursing care to receive the care they require. This allows residents to stay in familiar surroundings close to friends, loved ones and the same attentive staff.

 

 

Assisted Living

 

Assisted living residences are available for those who need a little extra help with the activities of daily living and medication monitoring. Three meals are served daily and a full spectrum of recreational, cultural, social and spiritual programs is available. Each resident plans his or her day, setting the pace and choosing activities, which can range from group exercise to playing a game of cards with friends.

 

 

Skilled Nursing Care

 

On-site nursing care is provided 24-hours a day by licensed medical personnel. In many cases, Nursing Care may only be required for a brief period of time, such as after a hospital stay, to enable residents to fully recuperate and return to their apartment or cottage. For those with chronic or progressive health conditions, we provide long-term, around-the-clock care in an atmosphere designed to preserve the dignity and comfort of each resident.

 

New residents with an immediate need for additional levels of care may move directly to the community’s assisted living or nursing care facilities.
