Amenities at Culpeper Baptist

All of the following are included in the monthly fees for apartments:

 

 - Three meals daily for apartment residents

- 24-hour urgent call system for apartment residents

- Housekeeping

- Laundry facilities

- Maintenance of all community-owned appliances and equipment
- Maintenance of buildings and grounds

- Transportation services for local medical, cultural and social trips 

- All utilities except telephone for apartment residents
- Multi-faceted activities program
- Recreational facilities
- Woodworking shop
- Billiards room
- Library
- Community room/chapel
- Religious/vespers services
- Community subscriptions to a variety newspapers and periodicals
- Flower and vegetable garden areas
- Postal services
- Security services

(Cottage residents pay extra for electricity and some meals.)

 

 

The following amenities and services are available on site for additional fees:

 

- Guest apartment, as available
- Cottage utilities (excluding water and trash removal)
- Meals for residents of cottages
- Guest meals in the dining room
- Cable TV
- Beauty/Barber shop services
- Laundry and dry cleaning services
- Convenience store
- Scheduled out-of-town transportation for medical, cultural and social trips
- Physical, speech and occupational therapy (may be covered under Medicare)
- Podiatry services
- Care through assisted living, nursing care and the health care center

 

(In addition to long-term nursing care, the health care center offers emergency and recuperative care. Residents have access to the staff physician, clinic and pharmacy services.)
